By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Appointments & Cancellations
Booking:
Appointments can be made online, in person, or by phone. A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a fee up to 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for other clients. Full service fees will still apply.

2. Client Conduct & Health Disclosures
You agree to disclose all relevant health conditions prior to receiving any treatment. This includes skin conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for you.
Respectful behavior toward our staff and other clients is required at all times. We may refuse service or end appointments early due to inappropriate behavior.

3. Products & Services
All services and prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure accurate descriptions and outcomes but cannot guarantee specific results. Individual experiences may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors.
Products sold are for personal use only and should be used in accordance with directions. Please consult with your provider if you have any questions before purchase.

4. Payment Terms
